Rachel Jones
Rachel Jones was awarded a full Principal’s Scholarship to undertake a PhD at Liverpool John Moores University where she is currently a sessional lecturer. Rachel began her PhD in September 2018 and analyses the work of the British writer Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930). Rachel’s thesis expands the current critical attention in Doyle studies beyond his detective fiction and into his lesser known works to explore his depiction of the fluidity of the individual’s position within space in time. Prior to her PhD, Rachel completed a BA in English and MA in Victorian Literature, Art and Culture at Royal Holloway University of London.
