Hi
I have a Ph D from India, FHEQ and 5 years UK teaching experience in HE sector (private college), I have applied to HE jobs in universities but not able to receive acceptance for application.
Please advice, is there any way my resume can be looked at and refurbished.

Faced the same situation for a long time. Although UKHEIs generally state that they consider all PhDs equally, it is not the case in most of the cases. I would advice you to keep on applying and make a good network. It helped me to secure a position.

The interview questions are still missing from the tool. Whoever amended the tool simply copied and pasted answer tips into the tool questions section.
